Group Birth Course

During this 2 - 3 hour course I will teach you different birthing positions and natural pain relief techniques such as breathing, massage, relaxation ect.. We will look at why some women manage to give birth using those techniques only, what the role of the birth partner is and how he or she can support the birthing mother. We will also talk about the different emotional stages during birth and how to prepare for the big day.
I will answer the most common question: How will I know that I am in labour?
and many others you might have.

When: Tuesday evening every 2nd month. 
Price: 200Sr per pregnant lady. Birth Partner is for free
